Deputy Prime Minister Dominic Raab has said Boris Johnson is "at the vanguard, leading the transatlantic response" to the situation at the Ukraine-Russia border.
He said the prime minister plans to "galvanise the international community" to ensure there is "a clear consequence of economic sanctions" for Russia if Putin invades Ukraine.
