ACCIDENT INVOLVING CITY GARBAGE TRUCK

Motorcyclist hit by garbage truck, but expected to be okay.

Good reminder as weather gets nice and motorcyclists hit the road.... always be on the lookout.... a motorcycle rider is expected to be ok after being involved in an accident with a city garbage truck.

It happened around 10 this morning at hannah place and simba way in lexington.

The motorcyclist did suffer a broken leg but is expected to be ok.

Traffic was slowed for a little while but things are back up and running as normal
