Footage shows the driver moving his vehicle forward before stopping mid-traffic to carry the animal to the roadside.
Motorist Kenn Migan Vincent Gumonan saw the animal lover driver on January 13 in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City on January 13.
He said: ‘I’m impressed with what the driver did.
It was a small action yet gives a lesson to everyone that every creature matters.’
