West Midlands Police chief superintendent Steve Graham has urged anyoneshielding those responsible for a brutal street attack which left a 15-year-old boy dead to come forward with information.
Naming the victim, WestMidlands Police said Keon Lincoln had been set upon with weapons in broaddaylight on Thursday.
