Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP) has lodged two cases against actor Kangana Ranaut for allegedly portraying its national president Upendra Kushwaha in bad light.
Row erupted over a picture of the former union minister which Kangana had retweeted.
Cases have been lodged at Patna and Gaya civil court under sections of IPC and IT Act.
The original tweet posted by 'YOYO Funny Singh' was re-tweeted by the actor on December 3.
Objecting to the re-tweet, Kushwaha wondered if such activities will help her enter politics.
He also tagged Bihar and Maharashtra DGPs requesting to take strong action against it.
