Chelsea Lauren; Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images Azealia Banks has been subpoenaed in a class action lawsuit concerning Elon Musk's tweets about taking Tesla private at $420 per share.
"The first round of Elon Musk bulls--- was stressful enough," Banks said.
"I don't have the bandwidth for another row with him." Business Insider has also been subpoenaed.
In 2019, a judge granted the motion to serve document-preservation subpoenas against Banks and Business Insider, as well as Grimes, The New York Times, and Gizmodo.
