Indiana state police say brittany jeffries was taken into custody last night in porter county.

That's on an active warrant out of clay county.

She's charged with causing an accident that happened back on september 12th.

Police say jeffries crashed her vehicle into a home in clay city.

The accident injured occupants.

She's being brought back to clay county
