An update on another lexington murder investigation.

Police announced today one of the suspects... dontate burruss... has been arrested.

They continue to search for darica lynem.

Lexington police say two people were shot this afternoon and taken to the hospital.

According to police an officer happened to be at the thornton's gas station this afternoon just before 3... on north broadway when an argument between a man and a woman got heated and the man pulled out a gun.

Police say they're still investigating if the officer pulled out his own weapon.

Anyone who might have seen the shooting happen is asked to contact lexington police.
