School Districts across the State are finalizing plans to submit to the State for re-opening.

To reopen -- hildrenn one districparents, ted administrators may have more questions than answers ....but right now they're moving forward with a reopening.

Newschannel 2's kirk tupaj tells us how the westmoreland school district is preparing.

School districts all over the state are coming up with plans on how to re- open in the fall.

The westmoreland district has a plan in place, but the superintendent and school board members are looking for community input before finalizing a plan to submit with the state.

Superintendent rocco migliori first talked about some of the social distance challenges.

How to adequately run phys-ed and music classes.

The closest to normal teaching will probably happen with elementary students.

So hopefully there won't be that virtual component to that.

But middle and high schoolers can expect changes.

When they're not there, they'll be virtual.

All students and staff will go through daily screenings.

Temperature checks as well as questionnaires.

And the majority of parents seem to understand there will be changes.

Pe biggest concern among pares is will their children be required to wear masks.
