Our rowers all six feet and some, and then our treadmills, there is always a treadmill in between with about a foot or so in between those treadmills so more than enough distance."

Crystal thomas/ trainer "we are wearing masks to protect our community, and the people around us so that we stay safe and everyone in here feels comfortable."

While gym members feel safe working out at orange theory they understand closing it might be safest emily sailsbery/ gym member "we want to take precautions and orange theory does a great job cleaning, but we want to make sure that everyone stays safe."

Dani stand up trainer crystal thomas told me the hardest part of potentially having to shut down again is not being able to see her favorite community members or do what she loves.

Crystal thomas/ trainer "if you're not doing what youre passionate about, you kind of lose that fire so i think a lot of people who have been unemployed are finding that they are not having that thing that they put their love and energy and passion into, so when you take a step back and you don't have that, what do you do?"

Orange theory if shut down again - they will provide their members with zoom classes structured l ike the in person work outs.
