Award-winning singer, song writer and producer, Raphael Saadiq, is returning to his hometown of Oakland to give back.
He's hosting the "Feed Your City Challenge" on Saturday July 18th.
Volunteers will provide groceries and PPE equipment to up to 3,000 people via a drive-thru lane.
