PHASE FOUR HOPE

It seemed like it would never get here.

Now, phase four of new york's reopening is upon us, here, in the mohawk valley region.

But it won't include gyms, malls and movie theaters, as many had expected.

The oneida county executive, though, isn't counting them out....yet.

Governor cuomo today talked about why he isn't quite ready to place gyms, malls and movie theaters in phase four of the state's reopening, expected to kick off this weekend, in the mv region.
