"no one within the pg&e corporation, no individual was found to be guilty of that negligence... therefore no individual is going to go to jail."

Some of the evidence showed that the tower where the camp fire started had years of wear and tear on it.

Jurors found that over the past 50 years pg&e employees shoul* have been able to see the wear but no one documented itãor fixed it.

And since nobody noticed the wear it would be impossible to prove any single person was negligent.

Ramsey says now the company will be monitored to make sure they are doing everything they are supposed to as far as maintaining and improving its equipment.

He says any mistakes could cause individuals to be liable in the future.

Pg&e has declined probation meaning they face the maximum punishment, a fine of more than 3 million dollars.

Tomorrow the families of those killed give their impact statements.

Sentencing is thursday.
