The incident took place during broad daylight in the town of Jhajjar on Friday (June 12).
CCTV footage shows three women walking on the road when a white car pulls over.
A man exits the car, grabs one of the women, hurls her into the vehicle, and drives away.
The other two women can be seen resisting, however, they did not manage to prevent the kidnapping.
According to reports, the 18-year-old girl woman walking with her mother toward the sewing centre when the abduction took place.
Local sources suggest the car donned a presumably fake taxi number plate to avoid being traced by the police.
According to local police, the car in question belongs to the Gurugram district.
Several neighbouring areas have been sealed down after the incident and police are investigating the crime.
Attempts to trace the girl are ongoing and the police are raiding neighbourhoods in search of the kidnappers.
