The general manager of the u-e-c theaters right plans to open this theater back up next friday.
Opening in the middle of a pandemic means new safety measures and different movie choices.

The coronavirus pandemic forced the theater to close on march 18th.
And as the general manager, he had to furlough hourly workers and didnt know how long they would be out if business.
But starting friday movie goers can come back to the theater for entertainment.

Parsley said the theater will show old movies for 5 dollars when it first reopens.
And customers will notice a difference inside.
He said customers have to social distance in the concessions line, theaters will be filled to half capacity and guests are encouraged to wear masks inside.
((sot)) "as long as things don't take a worse turn or a second wave comes and makes us close again i think we'll be able to push through it."
((on cam)) parsley said they will decide tuesday which of the older movies will show in theaters when it opens friday.
He said indiana jones might be on the list.
