She was holding up a sign that said "am i next" ?

"* and it touched the chief deeply.

"here's this 4 year old who is out here with her parents, trying to make a statement because of the color of her skin, and how can i , how can we as a community, how can we as a group of people that were there that night, drive that narrative to address this and to fix it?"
