Today Architectural Digest is taking you on a whirlwind tour, hitting $414 million dollars worth of the craziest spaces we’ve seen in our travels for On The Market.

From indoor half pipes and built-in shark tanks to a “batcave” garage and an entire floating mansion, you might be amazed by some of the off-the-wall luxurious spaces out there.

[dynamic music]- I'm standing outsideon this floating patio, which is absolutely amazing.Water all around me.But this whole placeis all interconnected,it's all about the water, andit's all about being outside. So you get up in the morning, you stroll out across the floating patio, and you take a soak in your hot tub.And right behind thatis the master bedroom.Standing here you really get a great ideaof how the pool seamlesslyflows into the home.[upbeat music]What master bathroom would be completewithout an acrylic floating tub?We have an acrylic floating tubwith the ipe wood steps to get into it.Having this water righthere surrounding you,and having everything open up,it brings your pool back into the house. It's unbelievable.Unbelievable I tell you.We have two separate vanities. One on each side, for him and for her.We have a double shower. You've got your rain showerhead with four nozzles. You got your traditional showers, you got your body sprays. All your controls, you canremote control 'em from the outside. And you step in a little bit deeper,I'm gonna do it, I'm gonna step in.You step in a little bit deeperand you can section it offand have a steam shower. If it gets too steamy, what do you do?You open up this door and letyour neighbors feel the steam.Everything you could think ofis right here in your shower.I love this bathroom.I think it's amazing.- Right on the secondfloor we have the man cave.Come in.We have the whisky bar.We have the candy wall. And the 3,000 bottle wine cellarwith the cigar humidor. This is every man's dream.Right off the man cavewe have the home cinema. This is the most exquisite theater. You have the clouds on thewall, you have the walnut wood, you have all the most finest leathers. And it's 4D Dolby Atmos sound. That means you're gonna be hearing soundsfrom every which way. This is way better thangoing to any regular theater.Come here, check this out.Open this drawer, and youhave the blanket drawer.Just to cuddle up, and get allwarm, and watch that movie.- And this is the ultimateoutside living area.So you can actually have along 55 peoplealone on the outside sliding deck. The best part of it, when we drive it,we actually fold the side glasses downand the entire deck slidesright into the hull.So the extendable deckgives you another 12 feetand 455 square feet of living space. Here's one of the four piling systems, which are responsible, that entire yachtcan be lifted above water,so we are stable like a house. Here we are on the back of the boat. This is a lifting platform, which can go down to the waterin case you wanna go for a swim.Or being picked up by a tether boat. And right after you get off the jet ski, very convenient, an outdoor shower.[chill music]- So sometimes when youhave a space this largeyou don't know what thehell you can do with it.And that's when you get a hammockfor the middle of your room.Louis Vuitton, it's on brand.Dining area, I mean this is like, hopefully when I sellit the person would lovethe furniture that reallygoes with the apartment. So we're offering it withthe furniture as well. It's pretty obvious that thisplace was made to entertain,to have fun, to really justenjoy each other's company. So much so that everybedroom, it's hidden.- I'm sure you willagree that this has to bethe most fabulous settingof any estate homethat you've seen here in Las Vegas. These pools were designedby the same architectthat designed the Mirage Resort. You have the seating areas, great for morning breakfast. And the beautiful balconies that you seeall around the house, thatoverlook these vistas. This is a resort styleliving at its finest. With a sandy beach, a firepit, and a 21 foot waterfall, you can't beat this.- I saved the best for last.So what you see behind meis a limestone amphitheater, built by the owner ina Greek temple fashionto seat 50 people forphilanthropic events. You overlook the gorgeous Lichfield hills. And it's peaceful, and quiet. There's even bathrooms up here.I wanna show you someof the amazing details.Take a look over here.Limestone pillars, amazingmosaic tile ceilings, all in an effort to bebeautiful, but also natural.- So I'm standing hereon the car turntable. And this allows maximum flexibilityin terms of not only parkingfour cars in the garage, but it allows you topull your car onto thisto be able to face forward asyou go down the long tunnelbecause nobody wants to godown this tunnel backwards.- Remember I told you aboutthat double-decker pool?Well here it is.And if you look up you cansee through the pool upstairs.Really, really cool.I've never seen anybody do it like this.We have another seating area over here.Lounges everywhere. This house is meant to have fun, enjoy yourself, let loose, and relax. The outdoor kitchen is fully loaded. You got the kegerator, the deep fryer, the pizza oven, the ice makers. And then you got this swim up bar.If you notice, there'slittle seats right hereto swim up, eat, drink,do whatever you want. You have the jacuzzi down here. And then here is the pool cabana, which is really nice because you can havepeople change here, take showers here,go to the bathroom, you don'thave to go into the house. So everything is alreadythought of for you.- Welcome to the Air Lounge. This room was inspiredby a Ritz Carleton campin Palm Beach, Florida, whereI used to bring my kids.We have a DJ booth upstairs,a little room for the kids to hang out.We have a half pipe for the children. We have a rock climbing wall here. This room is every kids dream.Like a summer camp indoors, all in one little space.- Just downstairs from the Polo Club, this is where the action happens. The stables, the paddocks, the stalls, the tacking rooms, the changing rooms.Everything you need for afully functional polo match. And a little piece of inside information, this stable was the primary locationfor Britney Spears musicvideo for the song "Radar".- So like everything else in the housethe waterfall is automated also.So here you have indooroutdoor living at its finest. So you have a fabulousoutdoor dining room, right with a waterfall, and a whole barbecue. The barbecue has a wok,and it has burners,so you can cook fresh vegetables as well.Where else can you havedinner in the evening,at your own house, under abridge going to the mountain, with a waterfall beside you?So here we are.Small hike up from the house. There's a few different areas. You can do yoga in somespots, meditate in others.Relax, read a book, commune with nature.- What's behind me now is the playhouse. And the playhouse isinspired by a Greek temple. So let's go take a lookat this great building. This is one of my favorite spaces here. It's the playhouse, andit is so multipurpose. You get to use it for family fun,it's setup with a ping pong table. It also doubles as a dining room table,so you could have a hugedinner party in here. The music room, the library, the playhouse is soincredibly multipurpose. It's not only a playhouse, but it makeskind of a littleguesthouse because you havethe whole little kitchen, full bathroom, and then this incredible open space. As we come around here, wehave this incredible library. But wait, there's more. This is actually a secret passagewith a ladder to the sleeping loft.So now that we're uphere you can really seehow fun the sleeping loft is.It's like a fort for kids.Or it's just that extra sleeping areawhen you guests, orfriends, or family over.- Here we are in the boldestdesign feature of the house, which is the exterior sharktank and live wall behind me.As exciting as it is with the sharkspeople seem to love to come out here, relax, and sometimes even meditate.- This is a feature I'vetruly never seen before.A poker room. With silk walls and wood paneling,it's the perfect size for a poker table. All the doors can be closed offso you can have a full casino feel. It's truly built to holdthe highest stakes game you can play. And for all those nightswhen your games run long, there's a 100 bottletemperature controlledwine cellar right here.
