Second fatal shooting at apartment complex

To other news.... for the second day in a row... there has been a fatal shooting at an apartment complex in lexington.

The latest shooting happened at around 1-30 this morning outside the apartment building in the 1800-block of augusta drive.

According to police... a man was found shot outside the building and was taken to the hospital where he later died.

The fayette county coroner has identified him as 58- year-old bruce trice.

Lexington police are saying it's too early in the investigation to tell if this latest homicide is tied to another one the day before.

We reported 55- year-old lowell anthony johnson was shot outside the apartment complex wednesday morning and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police say they currently have no suspects in either shooting.
