The mohawk fire department had a parade!
Residents stood outside and waved them on by with flags.
Mohawk police, and a few others participated as well.
In the past, the parades are a little bigger, but the coronavirus made that a little different this year.
A fire auxiliary member says despite the pandemic, this community knows how to get everyone together!
"i dont think you could have asked for a more awesome group of men and women.
They just did this on their own, nobody asked them to do it.
This is what they do, they're very active in the community.
I know most of them and being a fire auxilary member again this is what they do.

On friday, the governor gave the go ahead to groups of 10 or less to gather.
