Each county must have an approved re-opening plan before it can enter phase one.

Jackson county's plan is a lengthy 21 pages.

The plan details how it has met the requirements for moving into phase one -- and guidelines which the public would have to follow.

Under phase one -- jackson county says it would require people to stay close to home, avoid overnight trips and non essential travel.

Josephine county's re-opening plan is also under o-h-a review.

The josephine county plan does not include the specific new guidelines it would ask the public to follow.

It also includes a letter from the church of the valley.

In that letter, the church says that it strongly urges that faith-based community be considered "essential" and be able to re-open.

The church says the ability to gather is essential to their functioning.

Klamath county has also submitted it's plan -- although it is not yet under review by the oregon health authority.

Klamath county's re-opening plan is not readily available for viewing.

Curry county's plan is in and under review by the oregon health authority.

It includes guidelines for the public including asking individuals at risk to continue to stay home.

It also encourages everyone to stay close to home, and only travel the minimum distance to get essential services.

Lake county's plan is also under o-h-a review.

It is the longest plan out of all five counties -- at 68 pages.

The plan notes lake county's rural lifestyle -- and having less residents than it does square miles.

Meaning -- there is plenty of room for social distancing.

Lake county also mentions that it still has not had a single confirmed case of covid 19.

The county says that there is no requirement for businesses to submit individual plans to the county or state.

However they are expected to have a plan in place, before reopening.

The county says its working diligently to progress to phase three as soon as possible.
