Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath chaired a meeting with chairpersons of Team 11 over COVID-19 situation on May 04.
COVID-19 cases in the state have mounted to 2645 along with 43 deaths so far.
The nationwide lockdown has been imposed to combat COVID-19 and has extended till May 17 along with certain relaxations.
