A Monday night fire in Terre Haute has turned fatal, and now a man will face a murder charge.

Police are now saying murder charges are on the way.

We told you about a fire that happened at a house on north 10th street on tuesday.

One person was badly burned.

Police believe samuel haney jr set that fire.

Terry haney was the victim.

He suffered severe burns.

He had to be airlifted to eskanazi hospital in indianapolis.

Terre haute police tell us... he died this morning from his injuries.
