Hundreds of Venezuelans are stranded near the northern border of Bogota, Colombia's capital, after authorities prevented the group from travelling to the border.

In recent weeks, Venezuelans who had found shelter in Colombia are returning home due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Venezuela has said the number of those returning is limited to 600 each day, while Colombian authorities says Venezuela limits entrances to 300.

Footage from April 29 shows men, women and children, with some wearing face masks waiting near the toll booth.
