A TikTok user is going viral after claiming to catch a nearby driver in a “dangerous” multi-tasking situation.The clip, which has since been viewed more than 350,000 times, seems to show a nearby driver playing on a Nintendo Switch while stopped at an intersection.The user, Ryan Morris, claims in his video that the woman is playing “Animal Crossing: New Horizons” .In his clip, Morris begins zooming in on the woman’s hands, showing a Nintendo Switch console propped against her wheel.Game in hand, she then takes off as the light changes.Texting and driving is currently illegal in 48 states, according to the Governors Highway Safety Association.In many of those states, the laws either explicitly or implicitly include video games
