Madison County coronavirus cases

Madison County Public Health says there are people who are refusing to comply with quarantine orders.

Has nine total cases.

Up from two yesterday.

In madison county -- 21 total coronavirus cases.

The healthth department called a briefing this afternoon....to talk about the number of cases and how many are in quarantine.

Madison county officials say y there are people, under mandatory quarantine, refusing to comply.

"enforcement would occur if for instance someone fails or refuses to be placed into quarentine.

Wt order, we got through the county judge and we have issued a court order.

That court order comes with penalities for failure to comply such as criminal misdemaenor charges as well as a daily fine of about $200 a day."."

Two people are facing penalities in madison county.
