Now to new information out of douglas county-- a two vehicle crash on highway 138 left one person dead and another with critical injuries.
Oregon state police say the driver of a b-m-w coupe lost control near milepost 8 around 6 o clock at night.
We're told he then rear ended a ford pick-up, driven by 73-year-old allen gilbert... who was ejected after rolling on impact.
The b-m-w spun out and hit a rock embankment.
Gilbert was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The driver of the b-m-w was transported to the hospital with critical injuries.
Investigators believe*neither driver was
