We then cultivating female leaders and we're kind of in a new era over the last 20 years we have modernized our shop and we are seeking to reach all sorts of women from all sorts of backgrounds.

All the things that go along with that in terms of training workshops, networking and thought leadership.

That's where that always take because we are about women.

It may never only for women to wear for everybody before this community and that's with this event they were going to have is about perfect like 2020.

Now this event is happening for several years now on.

The goal is to bring a speaker so that when the guests walk away they walk away with and that will impact their minds that for the year to come in and this year, waxing, building on the concept that that timmons leadership institute has served come up when that is, foreword +/without getting too much away, we still need to be there thursday what you need to know in theirs and began to come aboard for and that word wheat we talk a lot about trailblazing and what is the brainchild that we wanted to change that up a little bit speak into what women are for.
