Republicans, top Democrat clash at impeachment hearing

In a heated exchange, U.S. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler refused to recognize Republicans' points of order in their attempt to stall a key hearing on the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.

Several Republican members on the panel interjected, including Florida congressman Matt Gaetz, who accused Nadler of trying “to overturn the results of an election of the elected people.”
