Bolivia's interim president says Morales can return but may face investigation

Bolivia’s interim President Jeanine Anez said former President Evo Morales can return to the country.

Yet he would have to respond to allegations of electoral fraud and would not be immune from investigation.

She said she’s talking with lawmakers from Morales’ party and said new elections were likely to occur.
