William Bar Denies Accusations From Democrats

Attorney General William Barr said he is not President Donald Trump’s personal attorney.

He clarified this after accusations from Democrats that he’s working in the president’s favor.

According to Politico, Barr said he acts “on behalf of the United States.” Barr commented on the investigation into the origins of the Russia probe.

He said there was “a failure in leadership at the bureau in 2016 and part of 2017” but they are better now.
