Hezbollah leader says dollar injections needed, accuses U.S. of deepening shortage

Lebanon's Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said on Tuesday that dollar injections were needed to shore up the pound currency and accused the United States of preventing dollars from reaching the crisis-hit country.
