Scots prison officer sacked over death of inmate fails in bid to sue jail chiefs

Kenneth Aitken, 65, argued he had been unfairly dismissed by the Scottish Prison Service for failing to make sure Iain Brown was properly monitored after a nurse suspected him of being 'intoxicated'.
