Queen Camilla admits she would 'have taken him' as she mulls surprise addition to royal household

Camilla, who turns 78 on Thursday, was making a visit to Battersea Dogs and Cats Home when she met Dipsy, a Jack Russell cross, and said she would have taken him home.
