Fugitive drug dealer caught after 13 years thanks to new facial recognition trial

The 38-year-old man was remanded in custody to Westminster magistrates' court after he was identified in a European arrest warrant for drug dealing and assaulting a police officer with a weapon in Poland, dating back to 2012.
