Horrified Tesco shopper finds live cockroach wriggling in his meal deal sandwich

Adil Vasaya, 41, from Bolton, Greater Manchester, says he was left unable to eat for four days after he bit into the Tesco sandwich and felt the wiggling legs of a live cockroach in his mouth.
