Ryanair passengers told to pack item in hand luggage to avoid charges

A new EU directive will see the budget airline's restriction of 40cm x 25cm x 20cm increase to 40cm x 30cm x 20cm, but a packing expert has warned this could result in a bigger baggage charge.
