Council prepares new policy amid row over memorial which was a 'tolerated trespass'

Brighton and Hove Palestine Solidarity Campaign (BHPSC) has called out the council for “failing to protect a public place” in an open letter and has demanded that it removes the memorial in Palmeira Square, Hove.
