Thug, 31, jailed after 'I'm going to kill him' rant and attack on disabled man

Kabairathan Santhurukanthan, 31, from West Bromwich has been jailed for six years and nine months after pleading guilty to wounding with intent, assaulting an emergency services worker and racially aggravated harassment.
