BBC star Zoe Ball says 'it's come to that' as she opens up on painful health condition

Zoe Ball, who recently made a comeback to BBC Radio 2 for a Saturday afternoon slot, has disclosed that she's joined a "posh gym" where she's found somebody to help with her health issue.
