Scotland's cardinal scandal still casts a shadow as conclave begins

BBC Local News: Edinburgh and East Scotland -- The voting process to elect a new Pope gets under way in Rome later and for the second conclave in a row there will be no cardinal from Scotland taking part. Experts believe Scotland remains in the "sin bin" after the country's last cardinal, Keith O'Brien, was forced to resign on the eve of the last conclave in 2013 because of allegations about his sexual conduct.
