Mixed reaction to plans to transform Gracechurch Centre in Sutton Coldfield

The public has been given its first look of plans to transform Sutton Coldfield's main shopping site, the Gracechurch Centre, with 700 homes, a 120-room hotel and two new squares among the proposals.
