Calls for MP Alex Chalk to have 'fact-based dialogue' over pop up strip clubs in Cheltenham

The MP claims Cheltenham Borough Council could change its guidance to ensure pop up SEVs are regulated but licensing chiefs at the say they cannot as they would be 'overriding Parliament'.
