Leisure centre on Herts and Essex border for £5million boost in Broxbourne budget plan

John Warner Sports Centre in Hoddesdon, near the Hertfordshire and Essex boundary, will benefit from an investment worth around £5million, according to Broxbourne Borough Council's budget plan for 2024/25.
