Welwyn Garden City councillor says sorry after leading council tax vote while in arrears

Welwyn Garden City councillor Lucy Musk chaired a council tax setting debate while she was at least two months in arrears, something which Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council members must declare according to the Local Government Finance Act 1992.
