Hertfordshire named one of England's top counties for recycling

Official statistics released by the Westminster government show Hertfordshire is home to some of the nation's best recyclers - with district councils Three Rivers and St Albans sending more than 60 per cent of their households' waste for reuse, recycling or composting.
