New plans for hundreds of homes at Boots HQ after previous housebuilder went bust

Proposals for 604 homes to be built by Ilke Homes on brownfield land at the health and beauty firm's Thane Road headquarters had previously been approved by Broxtowe Borough Council and Nottingham City Council.
