Pensioner left in tears as council demolish garden over health and safety concerns

Gillian Davies, 86 spent hundreds of pounds transforming an award winning outdoor garden for residents at Emlyn's Gardens in Stamford, Lincolnshire only for the council to destroy it all last week.
