Broad Street trams on New Year's Eve for first time after 'bad Christmas' - and still no fireworks

Buses and West Midlands Metro trams will be running together along Broad Street on New Year's Eve for the first time - as the entertainment district tries to make up for a 'disastrous Christmas' blamed on train strikes.
