Onus falls on players to keep each other safe because we are the ones on the pitch

Player safety is huge at the minute. We’ve seen that in the Women’s World Cup where a lot of cards have been dished out — mainly yellows — and the Cheslin Kolbe incident against Ireland last Saturday. Player safety has to be so important, even for spectators. Nobody wants to watch a player get dropped on their head.
