North Belfast bonfire at Tiger’s Bay left PSNI in an ‘intolerable situation’, High Court rules

A controversial loyalist bonfire in north Belfast used to terrorise neighbouring nationalist residents left police in an "intolerable" situation, a High Court judge ruled today.
